Acceptance of Regulations
Booking accommodation at IUMARA Relax Resort implies acceptance of these regulations. The person making the booking is personally responsible for compliance, including by those accompanying them.
Rates
Prices are expressed in euros and apply to the booked accommodation and the requested period.
The agreed price includes utilities (electricity, air conditioning, water, bed linen, and towels) and any meals specified (e.g., breakfast). We reserve the right to change published rates at any time without notice. However, the agreed price at the time of booking (excluding any extras) will not be altered.
Booking Methods
You can book online using the booking system on our official website.
To confirm your booking, you must provide your personal details, a phone number, an email address, the period of stay, the number of guests, and the details of a valid credit card, which will be held as a guarantee in accordance with our cancellation policy. IUMARA Relax Resort reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card.
If you prefer not to provide credit card details online, the booking will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit (30% of the total for flexible-rate bookings, 100% for non-refundable bookings) via bank transfer.
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the type of accommodation. Please check the applicable terms before selecting an option. The booking balance may be requested after the free cancellation deadline, either via bank transfer or by charging the credit card provided.
For non-refundable rates, the total amount must be prepaid via credit card or bank transfer. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, and the accommodation will be made available for other requests. Cancellation Penalties
Cancellations made within the free cancellation period, if applicable, will incur no charges, and any pre-authorization will be released. Cancellations made after this period will result in the full booking amount being charged.
In the case of early departure, the full booking amount will be retained. For discounted, non-refundable rates, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Bookings must be modified or canceled in writing, within the applicable terms, by sending an email to [email protected] and must be confirmed in writing by IUMARA Relax Resort.
Accommodation Unavailability
If, due to force majeure, the booked accommodation becomes unavailable, IUMARA Relax Resort reserves the right to offer another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics at the same price, or in extreme cases, cancel the booking and refund the amount paid. No further claims for compensation will be accepted.
Arrival – Balance – Security Deposit
Accommodation can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Upon arrival, guests must present a valid photo ID. The booking will be canceled if valid documents are not provided, and the total amount paid will be retained.
The following payment methods are accepted for any optional services:
- Cash
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Carta Sì, Bancomat)
Departure
On the day of departure, guests must vacate the accommodation by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. Any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment must be compensated.
Breakfast
If included, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Guests must inform IUMARA Relax Resort of any food allergies or intolerances.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon request and acceptance by IUMARA Relax Resort. Guests are required to keep their pets on a leash and not leave them alone in the accommodation.
Rules During the Stay
Please check the condition of the accommodation and report any issues or deficiencies within 24 hours of arrival.
It is prohibited to exceed the maximum number of allowed occupants. Unregistered guests may not be admitted without prior approval.
All accommodations are delivered clean and fully functional.
